Zevity provides digital health protocol products, guides, templates, and educational materials intended for personal informational use. By purchasing, accessing, or using Zevity, you agree to use the materials lawfully and only for your own internal, non-commercial use.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Zevity products. You are responsible for how you apply any protocol, recommendation, worksheet, or checklist contained in the product.

Zevity products are delivered digitally. After purchase, you may receive access links, downloadable files, or online content. You are responsible for keeping your access links secure and for providing an accurate email address at checkout.

We may update or improve the protocol materials over time. Those updates may change formatting, structure, or content, but they do not guarantee any specific health outcome.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable Stripe checkout terms and policies.

If you are unsure whether the full protocol is right for you, Zevity offers a lower-cost Quick-Start option so you can evaluate the approach before purchasing the broader system. Questions about refunds or access issues can be sent to hello@zevity.com.

All Zevity content, branding, protocols, templates, and written materials are owned by Zevity unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, resell, republish, or redistribute the product without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zevity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability for any claim related to Zevity will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
